The program takes students to Swaziland and South Africa. Students live and work at camps in some the region’s best nature reserves. The purpose of the course is to provide students with an opportunity for hands-on learningin one of the most diverse and complex ecosystems on the planet. Students learn a variety of techniques to assess biodiversity and explore conservation questions. This course provides a real-world, capstone experience for anyone interested in understanding Biological Systems.
